Nebiusย is building a world-class commercial organization to match the scale of our infrastructure platform. Our GTM leadership teamย operatesย with high trust, direct access to Product and Engineering, and the mandate to define howย Nebiusย competes and wins in the enterprise. You will join a senior leadership bench that values clarity, accountability, and speed - with fewer layers and more impact than theย hyperscalers.ย 

The roleย 

Nebiusย is seeking a Strategic Sales Leader to build and lead our highest-impact go-to-market motion: Frontier AI Labs,ย hyperscalers, and the Top 25 global enterprise accounts.ย 

This role owns the most critical revenue outcomes in the Americas - including a small number ofย multi-hundred-millionย to billion-dollar infrastructure opportunitiesย that will defineย Nebius'sย trajectory.ย 

This leader will:ย 

  • Act as theย executive deal captainย on the company's largest and most complex pursuitsย 
  • Build and lead a team of Strategic AEsย 
  • Orchestrateย NVIDIA, ISV, and channel partnersย as a core part of the selling motionย 
  • Establishย Nebiusย as theย default AI infrastructure partnerย for the most demanding AI workloadsย 

This is not a traditional sales leadership role - it is aย company-building role at the center of our most strategic deals and partnerships.ย 

Success will be measured not only by direct revenue, but by partner-influenced pipeline, multi-year capacity commitments, and lighthouse customer acquisition.ย 

Partner & NVIDIA Motionย ย 

Own and operationalize aย partner-led growth modelย across strategic accounts:ย 

  • Build and executeย joint account plans with NVIDIAย (field, enterprise, and executive levels)ย 
  • Co-develop and close deals alongsideย NVIDIA, OEMs, and strategic SIs (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, WWT)ย 
  • Activate ISV and platform partners toย embedย Nebiusย into customer architecturesย 
  • Leadย co-sell motionsย that combine GPU infrastructure, software ecosystem, and servicesย 
  • Driveย partner-influenced pipelineย as a measurable revenue source, not an overlayย 

Your responsibilities will include:ย 

  • Define and execute the strategic sales motion for Frontier AI Labs and Top 25 global enterprise accounts.ย 
  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of Strategic Account Executives - setting performance standards,ย coaching onย complex deal cycles, and building a culture of ownership and accountability.ย 
  • Own revenue targets across the strategic account portfolio, with full accountability for multi-year ARR growth.ย 
  • Personally engageย (ieย hands-on)ย in executive-level, multi-million-dollar infrastructure negotiations - leading with business value and connecting P&L impact to architectural trade-offs.ย 
  • Build and execute multi-threaded account strategies across technical, procurement, and C-suite stakeholders.ย 
  • Establish forecasting rigor, pipeline discipline, and enterprise sales standards that scale with the organization.ย 
  • Develop long-term land-and-expand strategies within key accounts - positioningย Nebiusย as a strategic infrastructure partner, not a vendor.ย 
  • Partner cross-functionallyย with CSA, Capacity Planning, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to align resources against the highest-value opportunities.ย 
  • Evangelizeย Nebius'sย NVIDIA-based GPU platform (H100, H200, B200, GB200 NVL72, and beyond) for training, inference, andย productionย AI workloads.ย 
  • Representย Nebiusย in high-level customer engagements, executive briefings, and industry forums.ย 
  • Lead aย small number of "must-win" lighthouse dealsย with full executive visibilityย 
  • Alignย capacity planning and supply strategyย with deal execution (critical in your world)ย 
  • Driveย joint NVIDIA +ย Nebiusย executive engagement cadenceย across top accountsย 
  • Buildย repeatable strategic pursuit playbooksย (POC scale multi-year commit)ย 

We expect you to have:ย 

  • 10+ years of enterprise cloud or infrastructure sales experience, with a provenย track recordย in AI, GPU, or HPC environments.ย 
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing Strategic or Enterprise sales teams in high-growth or enterprise technology companies.ย 
  • Demonstrated success closing large, multi-million-dollar infrastructure or platform agreements with Fortune 500 organizations, AI labs, or hyperscale technology companies.ย 
  • Strong executive presence - you reframe C-level priorities, shape strategic direction, and build trusted relationships across technical and business leadership.ย 
  • Deep commercial rigor - data-driven forecasting, cost model translation,ย opexย vs. capex framing, and competitive displacement logic.ย 
  • Builder mindset -ย you'veย built sales teams, defined segment strategies, and created scalable GTM motions where none existed.ย 
  • Experience multi-threading complex strategic accounts across engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.ย 
  • High energy,ย ownershipย mentality, and consistent overachievement against targets.ย 
  • Proven experienceย co-selling with NVIDIA or equivalent ecosystem partnersย on large infrastructure dealsย 
  • Track recordย of closingย $25M-$100M+ ARR or $100M+ TCV strategic agreementsย 
  • Experience navigatingย capacity-constrained environments and supply-driven sales cyclesย 

It will beย an added bonusย if you have:ย 

  • Direct experience selling to Frontier AI Labs or AI-native enterprises.ย 
  • Background in GPU infrastructure, high-performanceย compute, or AI model training environments.ย 
  • Experience building enterprise GTM strategy from early-stage or high-growth companies.ย 
  • Established executive network within top AI and enterprise software organizations.ย 
  • Experience partnering with storage, networking, and ecosystem providers to deliver end-to-end solutions.ย 
  • Prior leadership at aย hyperscalerย or neo-cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP,ย CoreWeave, Lambda).ย

Compensationย
