Multi Facility Registered Dietician

Job Summary:

Naya Healthcare, a Healthcare Consulting Company, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Dietitian to oversee the food and nutrition services in our Dennet Rehab & Mountain City facilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Oversee food and nutrition services in our Dennet Rehab & Mountain City facilities

• Work closely with the Food and Nutrition Services Manager and clinical staff to ensure seamless delivery of services

• Conduct assessments and care plans for resident nutritional needs and develop individualized plans

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address resident nutritional needs

• Develop and implement nutrition programs and services to improve resident outcomes

• Monitor and evaluate food and nutrition services to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

• Delegate responsibilities to the Director of Food and Nutrition Services as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's (or master's) degree from a regionally accredited college or university with successful completion of a nationally accredited program in nutrition or dietetics

• Completion of at least 900 hours of dietetics practice supervised by a registered dietitian or nutrition professional

• Licensure or certification as a registered dietitian or nutrition professional

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
