Role DescriptionThe Task Force Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX but with travel to San Antonio and Beaumont, , responsible for supporting hotel operations during transitions, openings, staff shortages and performance improvement initiatives. This role leads property teams in day-to-day functions such as front office operations, housekeeping oversight, and guest service coordination to ensure brand standards and operational excellence are consistently met. The Task Force Manager analyzes property performance, assists with revenue and cost control strategies, and implements best practices aligned with Natson Hotel Group’s operational guidelines. This position collaborates closely with corporate leadership, property management, and brand representatives to drive service quality, guest satisfaction, and staff engagement. The Task Force Manager also plays a key role in training on-site teams, stabilizing operations, and preparing properties for long-term success once permanent leadership is in place.
