National Security Systems is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Service and Installation Manager to lead our service and installation team who is familiar with security systems and fire alarms to join our team. In this role you will need to able to multi-task, have strong organizational skills, be familiar with security alarms, fire alarms, access control systems and camera installations. You must have the ability to work independently and lead others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and maintaining technicians’ schedules.
• Supervising and managing the service technicians in the field.
• Manage inventory.
• Assist customers with questions about their security/fire alarm system.
• Effectively communicate project status to the rest of the team.
• Communicate and effectively interact with contractors and building owners.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years successive experience in the security and fire alarm industry.
• Team player and possess leadership skills.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
• Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record.
• Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.
