Position Summary:

Required Experience

  • Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in personnel security clearance processes and a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing a staff of 40+ personnel. 
  • Must demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task by accurately and efficiently performing in all areas concerning performance reporting, personnel duty scheduling, personnel recruiting and retention, etc. 
  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 
  • Must possess experience in contract management, process optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of National Security Databases and other applications including DISS, NBIS eApp, DCII, DEIDS, Department of Public Safety (DPS), U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), CVS, Suitability/Security Investigations Index (SII), and Personnel Investigations Processing System (PIPS) personnel security applications/systems. 

Preferred Experience

  • Project Management Institute’s (PMI) certification

Responsibilities:

 

SANCORP is seeking a Program Manager in support of Personnel Security Support Services within the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. The following are examples of responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for all aspects of daily contract execution and management.
  • Oversee program management office operations, securing resources (including staffing) to meet contract demands, and ensuring timely responses to tasking requirements.
  • Accountable for fulfilling all technical, financial, and contractual obligations of the contract, guaranteeing that all contract requirements are met.
