The Opportunity:

You will play a vital role in transforming lives by installing and maintaining high-quality residential stairlifts and mobility equipment. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Install, repair, and service residential stairlifts and mobility equipment in full compliance with safety standards.
• Perform detailed technical diagnostics to resolve mechanical and electrical obstacles efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with residential clients to explain equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Manage daily field assignments across assigned territories while maintaining precise project timelines.
• Collaborate with field operations leaders to ensure all installations meet strict quality guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise and care on every project to elevate client satisfaction and independence.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid, active New Hampshire Elevator Mechanic License.
• Proven background working in field operations within residential or mechanical service environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of working hours to perform on-site service and installations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read equipment schematics and technical guides.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds alone and work on a construction site

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in elevator or lift mechanism servicing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience installing or servicing residential stairlifts and accessability equipment.
• Massachusetts, Vermont, and/or Rhode Island Elevator Mechanic License
