Job description
National Public Radio (NPR) in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Director, Total Rewards to lead strategic design and operations of benefits, compensation, and retirement programs. You will drive system modernization with UKG, ensure governance, and partner across Finance, Legal, and senior leadership.
The role requires extensive leadership experience, advanced HRIS knowledge, and a data-driven approach to pay equity and program optimization. Hybrid work in the DC area is supported.
