Delivery Driver – FedEx Ground (No CDL Required)

Pay: From $160/day | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Paid Training

NGTI, a trusted FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring dependable Delivery Drivers in Parkersburg / SE Ohio. No CDL? No problem. Bring your clean driving record, positive attitude, and strong work ethic, and we’ll provide the training and tools to help you succeed.

• Starting Pay: $160/day with weekly pay every Friday
• Training Pay: $120/day  $60/half day

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
• Deliver 80–150+ packages/day to homes and businesses
• Load, unload, and organize packages efficiently
• Follow GPS-mapped delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and FedEx safety standards
• Maintain accurate delivery records and perform pre/post-trip inspections
• Provide professional and courteous service to every customer
• Keep your vehicle clean and report any maintenance issues promptly

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical (all covered)
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs (with or without a dolly)
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
• Delivery or driving experience preferred but not required

Schedule

• 5 days per week (could include at least 1 weekend day)
• Start times vary by route
