Job Title: Server's Assistant (Busser/Food Runner)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server's Assistant to support our serving staff and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. The Server's Assistant plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by assisting with table service, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Refill water glasses and provide bread or other table items as needed
- Ensure dining and service areas are clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Communicate guest needs or issues to servers or management
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Support team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Work Schedule:
- Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
