Job description

Nastec International Inc. is seeking a professional and reliable Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be alert, responsible, and capable of maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and the public.

Minimum Requirements (MANDATORY)

Applicants must possess:

  • Valid California Guard Card
  • Valid Firearms Permit (Exposed Firearm Permit – BSIS)
  • Taser Certification
  • Baton Permit
  • Pepper Spray Certification
  • CPR / First Aid Certification
  • Valid California Driver’s License (if driving post)
  • Clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Patrol assigned locations (vehicle and/or standing post)
  • Monitor and report suspicious activity
  • Respond to alarms and incidents
  • Enforce property rules and regulations
  • Maintain detailed incident reports
  • Remain alert and professional at all times

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior armed security experience
  • Military or law enforcement background (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Work Environment

  • Patrol assignments
  • Schools, Religious Centers
  • Shift: WEEKDAYS and WEEKENDS: OPEN AVAILABILITY
