Office Manager

White Elephant Resorts is looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager to support our Engineering Department. In this role, you'll help manage projects, coordinate with vendors, track budgets, oversee inventory, and keep our operational systems running smoothly across all properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Engineering leadership with project coordination
• Review and compare technical proposals
• Manage vendor communication & invoice processing
• Maintain materials catalogs, inventory, and ordering
• Administer HOTSOS work-order software
• Organize digital files, department calendars & fleet maintenance
• Assist with budgets, capital project tracking & permitting

Qualifications:

• Project admin experience (Engineering/Construction/HVAC a plus)
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with HOTSOS or ADP is a bonus
