As a Restaurant Server, you will be an essential member of the front-of-house team, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will handle order taking using stationary POS terminals, provide knowledgeable menu guidance, and maintain positive customer interactions during night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately using stationary POS terminals
• Provide detailed information and recommendations about menu items
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to maintain smooth service
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy night and weekend shifts

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in restaurant service
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler certification
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Excellent time management skills
