As a Delivery Driver, you're the vital link between our commissary kitchen and our kitchens across Midtown, Times Square, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Upper East Side. You'll keep our scratch-made food moving safely, on time, and at the right temperature — making sure every location has what it needs to serve our guests the goop kitchen experience they expect.

This is a role for drivers who take pride in reliability, understanding the details of handling perishable food with care, and know that every on-time delivery keeps our kitchens running smoothly.

Your Impact: 

• Safely and confidently operate a 14-foot company truck for transfers between our commissary kitchen locations on local routes
• Pick up, verify, and deliver orders accurately and on time
• Handle food and beverage deliveries with care — stacking without crushing and maintaining cold chain integrity for perishables
• Complete required delivery logs and temperature checks for each run 
• Communicate proactively with kitchen and leadership teams to flag delays or issues
• Perform basic vehicle checks (fluids, tire pressure) and report maintenance issues early
• Support other stations in the kitchen during slower peaks while waiting for orders 
• Maintain professionalism and discretion as a representative of the brand across every location you visit

Your Essentials: 

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience with food/beverage delivery or route driving (cold chain awareness, handling perishables, safe stacking)
• Strong familiarity with our NYC local routes and locations
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Comfortable with light-to-moderate lifting (30–50 lbs) 
• Strong track record of reliability and punctuality
• Basic tech comfort using delivery apps or logs
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

The Essential Functions of the Job: 

• Driving / Sitting: Comfortable operating a 14-foot truck for extended periods across multiple stops per shift
• Lifting / Carrying: Routinely handling items 30–50 lbs, including insulated bags, hotel pans, and cambros 
• Bending / Reaching / Loading: For loading and unloading the truck and navigating kitchen and retail loading areas
• Temperature Tolerance: Must be comfortable working in varying conditions, including refrigerated storage areas and outdoor weather 
• Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle delivery equipment, secure cargo, and use apps or devices for temperature and delivery logging
• Repetitive Motion: Frequent loading, unloading, and stacking of deliveries
