Nx Century

NX Century is a content production and creative agency. We work with businesses, artists, brands, and startups across Edmonton, Calgary, and beyond, producing video, photography, social content, and web. We're growing our sales team and hiring appointment setters who can start real conversations and turn them into booked meetings. You'll be the first point of contact between us and prospective clients: reaching out, opening conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our closing team. You set the meeting; we handle the close. This is a strong fit if you're hungry, coachable, and want uncapped earning potential based on what you produce.

What you'll do:

• Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, DMs, and email
• Start genuine conversations and spark interest in our services
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for the closing team
• Follow up consistently and keep your pipeline organized
• Log your outreach and booked meetings in our tracker

What we're looking for:

• Strong, resilient communication skills; you don't get rattled by a "no"
• Confidence on the phone and over text
• Sales or appointment-setting experience preferred (B2B is a plus)
• Self-motivated and organized; able to work independently
• Reliable internet and a quiet space to make calls

Compensation:

Commission-based with performance bonuses and real earning potential. Full details will be discussed during the interview.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in sales or appointment setting
