Now Hiring: Part-Time MSW/LSW Supervisor & Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated MSW, LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC to join our growing behavioral health team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule while providing meaningful mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in both community and office settings.

Position Summary

The Part-Time Therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy services to children and adults. Opportunities are also available to facilitate or assist with Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services. This role is ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility while maintaining a rewarding caseload and making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
• Facilitate or support IOP services for youth and adults.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, schools, community partners, and healthcare providers.
• Participate in clinical meetings and supervision as required.
• Ensure compliance with agency, Medicaid, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent license.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation for community-based services.
