Role Description This full-time Medicare sales role is a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Medicare sales role will provide Medicare options to Seniors and disabled individuals on Medicare.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in sales, including relationship building and education
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet self quotas.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and respectful approach to client interactions.
• Comfort with using office software and digital tools (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing tasks on-site in Chicago, IL and from home.
• High level of accuracy, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Customer service or client support experience, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or a related professional services environment is a plus.
• Personable and charisma required
