Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation for treatments.
  • Oversee the sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
  • Train and mentor junior dental assistants, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the front desk as needed.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the patient experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental assisting role.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
