Position Overview:

As a Solar Sales Engineering Coordinator, you will play a key role in the design and development of solar and energy storage systems (ESS). You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure that all designs meet customer needs and comply with industry standards. Additionally, you will collaborate directly with customers to manage change orders and ensure that all modifications are implemented smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Design solar and energy storage systems, ensuring they meet technical specifications and customer requirements.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and provide technical support during the sales process.

Manage customer interactions to discuss and implement change orders as needed, ensuring customer satisfactionPrepare detailed technical drawings, schematics, and other documentation to support project execution.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all components meet design specifications and are delivered on time.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices to continually improve system designs.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during project implementation.

Qualifications:

Experience in solar system design and energy storage systems (ESS) is mandatory.

Strong understanding of solar PV technology, system components.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
