Job description

About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at Firehouse Subs as a Team Member, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and products to our valued customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a supportive and energetic environment in Brighton, MI.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of products as needed.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to safety and health regulations at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and support fellow team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 + TIPS ($2-$6 per hour) Pay including tips: $14.50-$18.50
