Job Title: Physical Therapist

Description:
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing outpatient rehabilitation services.
They will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
The Physical Therapist will assess and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Experience with acute care settings is preferred.
Therapist will utilize evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Candidates should be proficient in various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
