Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Windsor, CO, responsible for overseeing residential and small commercial construction and remodeling projects from concept through completion. This position coordinates project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality standards and timelines are met. Daily tasks include preparing and updating project plans, tracking progress, managing change orders, and conducting site visits to monitor work, safety, and compliance with specifications. The Project Manager will handle material and equipment procurement, resolve scheduling or logistics challenges, and proactively communicate project status and issues to stakeholders. This role also contributes to process improvements, supports accurate documentation, and helps maintain a strong customer-service culture that aligns with NOCO Accents’ commitment to high-quality, design-forward results.
