Job Summary
NHS Mechanical is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong background in the commercial HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, a team player, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide range of commercial systems.
- Complete detailed service reports and work orders, accurately documenting work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Provide clear and professional communication with clients, explaining technical issues in an understandable manner.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior PM technicians and apprentices.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
