About the Role:
Join NEXGEN HOSPITALITY IV LLC as a Shuttle Driver/ Houseman in beautiful San Antonio, TX! This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our guests while ensuring their travel needs are met.
Responsibilities:
  • Transport guests to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles.
  • Perform housekeeping duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned to enhance guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a driving or hospitality role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy luggage and perform physical tasks.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
