    NEW Care, Inc. is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals for our Residential Care Facility and Adult Family homes.  We are seeking individuals who are dependable, energetic, and compassionate to join our team of exceptional caregivers. We offer a newer and higher competitive wage of $17.00/hour and have full-time and part-time positions available on all shifts.  Some positions also have a shift differential pay depending on hours worked.  Come work for a Company that offers you the opportunity to grow and advance in your career!

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • Prior work experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred

    • Must be compassionate and personable
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments
    • Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional manner

    NEW Care, Inc. has been providing a variety of supportive living services to residents of Crivitz and the surrounding communities since 1965.  For the long-term resident, our goal is to provide a home away from home experience.  For our short-term rehabilitation patient, or goal is to restore and return them to their own home.  When an individual can't be alone in their own home, we are the next best thing.  Again...come join our team!
