Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must include: 1.) Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)Familiarity with core Navy training databases and management systems (such asCeTARS,CANTRAC; 2.)The ability to apply basic statistical and qualitative analysis techniques; 3.) Understanding of the Navy's rating training lifecycles (A-School, C-School, general military training ); 4.) Basic knowledge of how Navy training requirements are validated and funded (e.g., understanding the relationship between the Resource Sponsor, NETC, and the Fleet); 5.) Recognition of Navy rank structures, chain of command dynamics, and the administrative pathways between commands (e.g., OPNAV, NETC, and Type Commanders); 6.)The ability to communicate confidently and diplomatically with civilian GS-13/14s, military action officers (active duty O-4/O-5), and Master Chiefs (E-9) from day one
