Job Description

We partner with independent contractors who are serious about remote work and capable of managing their responsibilities in a professional home office environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who: can follow structured systems without hand-holding, show up consistently and on time, understand that remote work requires accountability.

Role Overview

Provide customer service support via phone. Resolve inquiries using established processes. Document interactions accurately. Maintain performance standards throughout certification and production.

Requirements

What you should know before applying: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Certification attendance is mandatory. Startup and equipment requirements apply. Missing certification or performance benchmarks may result in removal.

Technical & Workspace Requirements

Quiet, distraction-free home workspace. Wired high-speed internet. Windows-based PC (no Mac or Chromebook). USB headset required prior to start.

Pay Structure

Contract rates typically range $12–$15/hour, depending on program. Advancement opportunities are performance-based, not guaranteed. This opportunity rewards consistency, preparation, and follow-through.
