Rumford Hourly Production Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Rumford Hourly Production worker. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality products. You will work closely with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. As a Rumford Hourly Production worker, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process and contribute to the success of our company.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with production equipment and processes
  • Experience with quality control procedures
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Compensation: $22.51 $47.91 per hour This position offers a progressive pay structure. Employees are hired at $22.51 and are required to complete training and demonstrate proficiency at each defined level of responsibility in order to advance and qualify for the highest rate of pay.

As a Rumford Hourly Production worker, you will utilize your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient and timely production of high-quality products. You will also use your communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members and meet production goals. Additionally, your experience with production equipment and quality control procedures will be valuable in maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Finally, your ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues will be critical to ensuring the success of our manufacturing process.
