Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting from Lowes to customers efficiently across designated routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and excellent driving skills. Candidates should be comfortable operating various types of trucks, including flatbed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive a tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations.
• Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours driven and mileage.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and during loading/unloading processes.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads.

Experience

• Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Familiarity with operating various types of trucks,flatbed and manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience in route driving with knowledge of local and regional roadways is preferred.
• Ability to handle freight safely and efficiently, demonstrating strong load/unload skills with moffet. We will train you.
