What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sushi Chef at Nami Sushi, you’ll play a key role in creating the high-quality dishes our customers love. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and presenting sushi dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ensuring all ingredients meet our high standards for freshness and quality.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Upholding food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled and passionate individual who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
- Demonstrates expertise in sushi preparation techniques and knife skills.
- Is detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering visually stunning and delicious dishes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well as part of a team.
- Has a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
