What you'll be doing...

• Leading educational quality and modeling best practices across the school
• Supporting and mentoring educators to deliver outstanding learning experiences
• Partnering with the School Manager to deliver exceptional education and family experience
• Overseeing child protection, safety, compliance, and educational standards
• Supporting daily planning, ratios, and classroom organization
• Building strong, trusting relationships with families
• Stepping into leadership when needed to ensure continuity and high standards

You should have...

• Experience in an early childhood leadership role
• Strong knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, and licensing requirements
• A passion for educator development and instructional coaching
• Confidence supporting quality, compliance, and school-wide standards
• A calm, organized, and values-led leadership style
• Excitement about joining a growing organization on its U.S. journey
