What You'll Do

• Manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
• Administer benefits and HR policies
• Partner with managers on employee coaching, performance, and disciplinary matters
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
• Support training, performance reviews, and ongoing HR initiatives
• Be the go-to HR resource for employees and leadership

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
