Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute 3- and 5-year strategic plans aligned with profitability and client-service KPIs.
• Lead the C-suite (COO, Marketing, HR, Finance) and report to firm partners.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation, ensuring disciplined growth.
• Champion reputation management, community outreach, and media relations to keep My Rights Law top-of-mind for referrals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years senior leadership in legal or professional services.
• Proven record scaling people-centric organizations and building high-performing teams.
• MBA, JD, or comparable executive credential preferred.
