Role Description

This is a full-time, remote or in person position, for a Financial Advisor. The Financial Advisor will provide clients with expert financial guidance, develop customized financial and investment strategies, and track their implementation. Primary responsibilities include financial planning, offering retirement and investment advice, understanding client financial goals, and ensuring the alignment of proposed financial plans with those goals. Building strong relationships with clients and staying updated on financial trends and regulations are key aspects of this role. We are looking for performance based motivated individuals since compensation will be based on goals and not a fixed pay. Several positions for 401k advisors are currently open.


Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of SEC and FINRA rules (especially Rule 206(4)-1, Rule 307, Rule 206(4)-4, Rule 434, etc.), including advertising rules, communication rules, and suitability requirements. You must know what can and cannot say to clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client service orientation.
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client financial challenges.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong accuracy in financial planning, trading, and compliance.
  • Series 65 or similar required or ability to ability to obtain in a defined timeframe
  • SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) license is required.
  • Must be a Florida resident.
