Position: General Manager

Wingstop is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven General Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including team leadership, staffing, food quality, customer service, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional customer service and food quality.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
- Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs and labor targets.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant appearance.
- Monitor inventory, food costs, labor costs, and overall profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
- Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Lead by example and create a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
- Previous quick-service or fast-casual restaurant experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling software.
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Schedule Requirements
- Full-time position.
- Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
- Must be flexible and available based on business needs.
