Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Functional Design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine ERP and workflow-related requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional design specifications, wireframes, process flows, and detailed documentation.
- Evaluate current-state processes to identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
- Ensure functional alignment across cross-functional teams and integrated platforms.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including business and technical artifacts.
Quality Assurance & UAT
- Develop test plans, test scripts, and testing frameworks for ERP and workflow enhancements.
- Lead internal QA testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
- Document test outcomes and ensure stakeholder sign-off for all enhancements.
Project & Operational Support
- Support project tracking through status reports, risk logs, and issue registers.
- Assist in project coordination, documentation, and ad-hoc data/process analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within publishing technology systems and workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Proven ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into actionable specifications
- Experience with functional documentation, workflow mapping, and stakeholder collaboration
- Hands-on experience with testing practices including QA and UAT
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Media, Entertainment, or Publishing industries
- Understanding of publishing workflows and product lifecycle management
- Experience working with customized ERP applications and complex data infrastructure
