Home Efficient is a small family-owned HVAC looking for a skilled installer. The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent driving record and skills, some experiencing driving passenger van or larger vehicle
• In-person sales using pre-designed presentation on a tabled, maintain excellent raport with customers.
• Ability to authoritativey size customers' needs and recommend and estimate pricing from pricebook.
• Ability to travel to cusfomer addresses and log time through mobile software
• Excellent and reliable communications, including SMS/Text, Email, Phone, Chat etc.
• Ability to complete all assigned tasks without dropping things. Ability to organize your own work plans and raise obstacles to management before they become a customer-facing issue.
• Ability to install mini-splits, split AC/Furnace systems, heat pumps
• Ability to diagnose no-start or short-stroke comfort system failures
• Ability to service residenial and possibly commercial HVAC system failures
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
• Repeatedly arrive at work location promptly
• Adequate people-skills
• Strong Business and Personal Ethics a MUST
• EPA 608 Certified
• NATE Certified preferred but equivalent experience acceptable
• Experience diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems
• Competent in Furnace, AC, Mini-Split, Heat-Pump installation, problem diagnosis, repair
• Understanding of relevant building codes
• Good customer-facing interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze customers' needs and recommend equipment
• This position involves some physical labor, basic troubleshooting skills, reliability and teamwork. Employees receive paid, on-the-job training. Opportunities for advancement come with skills and initiative.

• NATE Certified HVAC Technician

Daily activities involve:

• Installation, repair and replacement of heating and cooling systems
• Create customer quotes, assist with the sales process when necessary
• Collecting payments on completed work
• Friendly communication with clients
• Travel to work sights
• HVAC-related work at HQ
• Ordering Equipment
