Job Summary:
Motorcity Auto Care is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient service process for our customers. This role involves communicating with customers, understanding their vehicle issues, and coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and accurate repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns and service needs.
  • Document customer information and vehicle issues accurately.
  • Provide estimates for service and repair costs.
  • Communicate with the service team to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain service records and follow up with customers for future service needs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
