Key Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deeper understanding of clients' mental health concerns.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic techniques aimed at promoting personal growth and well-being.
• Providing individual therapy sessions through teletherapy for clients with accessibility challenges, ensuring their comfort and support.
• Collaboratively setting therapeutic goals with clients and monitoring their progress to foster accountability and improvement.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions while adhering to ethical standards and practices.
• Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of emerging trends in therapy and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will predominantly involve clients dealing with a variety of issues, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Our primary focus is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can openly express their experiences and work through their struggles. With a compassionate approach, you will facilitate meaningful conversations, helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes and work towards recovery.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in specific areas such as addiction treatment, trauma-informed care, or group therapy will be considered an asset. Candidates who have worked in community health settings or with diverse populations will also find themselves well-suited for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
