Motion Wheels is seeking Customer Service Ride Attendants to join our team at our new location at Rivertown Crossings Mall in Grand Rapids, MI. (3700 Rivertown Pkwy, Grandville, MI 49418)

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product information and rules for the Ride.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Provide pricing options and information about the Rides
• Manage a cash register and credit cards transactions accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Ride issues and concerns
• Develop and maintain a courteous and upbeat, friendly personality

​Qualifications:

• A neat and professional appearance is required at all times
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Point of Sale systems / Square experience a plus.

** Management Position also available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule: Rivertown Crossings Mall / We operate Mall Hours

• Monday to Sunday plus Holidays
• We are a Mall operator; Team members must be able to work weekends this is a must!
