Our core working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced schedule that allows you to focus on delivering personalized patient care without the demands of constant travel associated with home health jobs. The facility is designed to foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that supports both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and needs.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals.

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for each patient.
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements and best practices in physical therapy, contributing ideas to enhance our treatment programs.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients mainly consist of older adults and individuals recovering from various orthopedic and neurological conditions. The focus is on building meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients, allowing for personalized care that promotes mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. We emphasize a patient-centered approach, ensuring that every individual's unique challenges and goals are prioritized.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (DPT or equivalent).
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Missouri.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and families.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems for effective documentation of treatments and patient progress.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience working with the senior population or in an assisted living facility, skilled nursing facility, or rehabilitation setting is highly preferred.
  • A background in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, geriatric therapy, or manual therapy techniques would be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, along with performance bonuses to reward your hard work and dedication. Our benefits package includes paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as continuing education reimbursement and paid time off for professional development. We encourage our team to utilize their PTO to promote a healthy work-life balance.
