Morlen Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Occupational Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join a growing medical group at the KP North Lancaster Medical Office in Salem.
This is a permanent position at 1.0FTE.

Our program delivers high-quality, cost-effective care to injured workers, with a focus on timely return to work and minimizing disability. We partner closely with local employers to provide comprehensive workplace health and safety services that support their business goals, while strengthening the trusted Kaiser Permanente brand through this unique line of service.
You will join a collaborative team of Occupational Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physicians, along with Nurse Practitioners, supported by a highly skilled Integrated Care team. The clinic is intentionally staffed with experienced professionals, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional care while enhancing both the patient and employer experience.
Additional Program Details:
- Three Kaiser Permanente On-the-Job clinics are standalone sites located near KP medical office buildings throughout the Portland-Vancouver metropolitan area, with dedicated services for occupational injury care. These clinics feature onsite physical therapy and advanced equipment for physical capacity evaluations and work-related rehabilitation. An additional On-the-Job clinic is located within a Salem KP medical office building.
- All medical office buildings offer a full complement of ancillary services to support comprehensive patient care.
- The Occupational Medicine department serves a diverse mix of employers across industries including manufacturing, construction, natural resources, and distribution—reflecting the economic vitality of the Salem region.

Salary: $246,700 - $300,900
Additional Lifestyle $19,700 annually
Relocation allowance - up to $15,000
