Drawing inspiration from both Japanese tradition and Western culinary techniques, Morimoto unlocks hidden layers of flavor on every plate from an a la carte meal to an opulent omakase (tasting menu), pristine sushi, sashimi and maki.
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager who is passionate about service, hospitality, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is an experience hospitality professional who thrives in a high-volume environment, leads with intention, and is committed to creating an exception experience for both the guests and team.
