We are a supportive, high-integrity remote team that values people over numbers. We don't just "do the books"—we give business owners their lives and time back.

We are looking for someone who loves bookkeeping, gets excited about helping business owners succeed, and, above all else, embodies our core values:

  • Helping Others: You have zero tolerance for gatekeeping or condescension. You never make a business owner feel "stupid" for not understanding accounting. Your heart is to empower, teach, and relieve their stress.
  • Problem Solving: When you hit a roadblock, your first response is "How do we solve this?"If you don't know the answer, you actively seek out the solution or find someone who knows.
  • Growth: You are dedicated to personal and professional development. You view feedback as an opportunity to learn and aspire to become a true expert in your field.
  • Efficiency: You respect time—both yours and our clients'. You maximize productivity without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • Integrity: You do the right thing when no one is looking, communicate honestly, and operate with full accountability.

  • Draft friendly, clear client communications in TaxDome to request missing receipts or clarify transactions.
  • Collaborate in 1:1 paired training sessions to learn our firm’s specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in continuous learning and QBO skill development.

Qualifications
