Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver tailored mental health services to diverse client populations.
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to inform initial treatment planning and collaboratively create actionable discharge plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on each client's unique treatment needs.
• Develop and revise treatment plans, coordinating additional services as necessary, and ensuring comprehensive care for every patient.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services rendered, complying with facility and professional standards.
• Manage and grow a caseload of patients, engaging in regular treatment team meetings to align on care strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to enhance the quality of patient care and ensure that individual needs are met.
• Exhibit a positive and empathetic demeanor while addressing patient feedback and concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your skills and experience in providing quality mental health services.
