While we serve clients across the state of Montana and beyond, our reach typically includes Big Sky, Paradise Valley, and the greater Gallatin Valley region.


TABLEWARE QUALITY CONTROL, CLEANING & PACKAGING ASSOCIATES work in tandem with other team members to ensure our clients receive the highest quality tabletop rentals. This position is crucial to Montana Party Rentals, as nearly all returned items must pass through this department before returning to inventory. These team members perform quality control, wash and sanitize, and repackage all returning tabletop items daily. The ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in this role is critical to the weekly operations of the company. Careful attention to the quality of each rental, and their packaging, is of utmost importance to ensure we meet our customers' expectations. This role helps us maintain and prioritize the highest quality of rentals possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Receive and follow direction from TABLEWARE QUALITY CONTROL, CLEANING, & PACKAGING LEAD
  • Inspect all tabletop inventory upon return from events for damage, chips, flaws, and general wear
  • Wash, sanitize, and package all returned dishware and tabletop items
  • Accurately track inventory status (counts and quality control) during wash and packaging processes
  • Properly package and label products in assigned rental quantities
  • Maintain quality and overall appearance of storage boxes, containers, and labels
  • Return all sanitized and repackaged rental items to inventory in their assigned storage location
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Ability to work in time sensitive situations and thrive in a team environment
  • Work and stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.


*$300 Signing Bonus paid after 90 days of full employment*
