The position also involves reporting and contract administration, utilizing tools like Procore, MS Project, and Excel, with occasional onsite presence and moderate client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project tasks to ensure timely completion
- Manage and maintain project documentation
- Assist with scheduling and timeline adjustments
- Track and report on project budgets
- Support quality control inspections and processes
- Allocate resources efficiently across project phases
- Monitor and communicate project risks
- Facilitate teamwork and collaboration among 6-15 members
- Prepare regular project reports

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in construction project management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency with construction project management software including Procore, MS Project, and Excel
