Monolith Commercial Group is a Georgia-based General Contractor with over 25 years of experience specializing in hotel and lodging construction and renovation. We are growing and looking for a Project Superintendent to lead field operations for our Georgia projects.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for hotel and lodging projects
• Lead and manage subcontractors, field staff, and vendors
• Enforce project schedules, milestones, and deadlines
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes and client standards
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
• Work closely with Project Managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues
• Provide daily reports and updates on project progress

Qualifications

✅ 3–5 years of superintendent experience in hospitality construction or renovation
✅ Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing
✅ Proficiency in Procore, scheduling software, and digital reporting tools
✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills
✅ Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and highly organized
✅ Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended project durations
