Show off your passion for cooking while preparing and serving delicious meals to the monks, seminarians, and guests of Saint Meinrad. This role would work as part of a team, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure the kitchen is ready for scheduled serving times.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gather supplies and food items.
• Prepares and cooks the meals.
• Covers, dates, labels, and stores all leftover foods.
• Sets up serving lines in both dining rooms and has responsibility to ensure adequate amounts of food during meal periods.
• Cleans steamers, fryers, kettles, ovens, and all prep work areas in cooks' station after use, including weekly cleaning of fryer oils.
