Job Summary

As a Stock Associate at Monday Swimwear, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the store through efficient inventory management and back-of-house organization. You’ll ensure product is received, processed, and maintained with accuracy and care, enabling the sales team to deliver a seamless and elevated client experience. This role is essential in keeping the store running smoothly behind the scenes while contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and highly functional stockroom, ensuring product is easily accessible and aligned with operational standards
• Monitor inventory levels and support timely replenishment to the sales floor to ensure product availability
• Execute stock transfers, returns, and inventory adjustments while maintaining accuracy across all systems
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits, helping to ensure overall stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies
• Partner closely with store leadership and the operations team to maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support the sales floor as needed, including providing coverage and assisting with sales during peak periods
• Maintain organization and cleanliness across all back-of-house areas
• Uphold Monday Swimwear brand standards across both back-of-house and sales floor environments

Qualifications

• 2+ year experience in a retail, stock, or operations-focused role preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Team-oriented with a proactive and supportive mindset
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, standing, and moving product
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
• Basic familiarity with inventory systems or POS platforms (Shopify experience is a plus)
