As an STNA your Compensation Package & Benefits Include:

To Qualify as a STNA:
Current STNA License in Ohio
Prior experience working with the elderly population
Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred
Empathy and care for those that need help
Effective communication skills
Some of Your Responsibilities as a STNA:
Assists residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including Bathing, Dressing, Eating, Toileting and other ADL tasks as needed
Takes and records vital signs.
Cares for the resident’s environment and assists with cleaning as needed
Meets resident’s mental health and social service needs and advocates for resident as needed
